All appointments are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled service in order to respect the time of other clients.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

Prices listed on this website are correct at the time of publishing but may change without prior notice. The final price will always be confirmed before your service begins. Payment is due at the end of each appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, infections or health issues that may affect your treatment before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or stop a service if we believe it is not safe to continue.
